RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Our Policy

NOTNOP Design is committed to providing quality products. We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Our policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or an item that does not match its description, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess your claim and, if approved, provide a refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion.

How to Request a Return

To request a return for a faulty or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us at josh@notnopdesign.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue
  2. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item

Return Shipping

For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns (if approved at our discretion), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Address

Return address will be provided after review of return request.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
