SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Customs delays (if applicable)
  • Carrier delays beyond our control
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
